Brake callipers are critical parts of the brake assembly. This Centric calliper is remanufactured to ensure predictable and reliable performance while providing long service life. To achieve like new condition and protection from rust; the part is tumble blasted then treated with an anti-corrosion finish. The calliper is 100% pressure tested and inspected to guarantee proper operation and fitment. Hardware and brackets are included; where applicable; to facilitate an easy installation.
- End-of-line pressure testing for leakage
- Piston replacement with same piston material as O.E. (phenolic/aluminium)
- Semi-loaded for end-user’s choice of brake pad design and/or brand
- Pad hardware and brackets included in box
- Slider pins come pre-greased ensuring proper calliper movement and brake system stability
- New pin boots reduce the chance that moisture and contaminates will cause corrosion
- All rubber components are replaced assuring brakes perform at an optimal level
- Banjo bolts and copper crush washers provided (where applicable) to assure proper seat on the brake inlet and calliper housing
- New bleed screws ensure an airtight seal
