Unlike many race pads that suffer from aggressive bite and excessive disc wear, RP-1 offers progressive pedal feel, exceptional modulation, and impressively low rotor wear – making them a preferred choice for drivers looking to balance outright stopping power with long-term durability. While RP‑1 is not Reg 90 approved for street use within Europe, it is suitable for road use in markets where this certification is not mandatory.
