PLEASE note the following: The top leaf sides may at times need to be slightly tapered to fit within crossmember. To disassemble spring, use two “C” clamps to hold the leaves together. Remove & discard the centre shipping pin & slowly release “C” clamps. Apply chassis grease or graphite spray lube ( #RSP105 ) in between leaves & use “C” clamps to compress spring pack & assemble using NEW square head centre bolt & nut. Cut off the excess length of centre bolt & peen the bolt end over the nut.
