Manifold to Turbo Titanium Stud Kit fits all turbo manifolds with M10x1.5mm threaded bolt holes.

This set includes four (4) M10 x 1.5mm x 45mm Ti 6Al-4V studs, along with 6-point nuts and washers. Each stud is made of Ti 6Al-4V and features a stubby 4mm hex key tip for easy installation using an Allen wrench. Titanium 14mm 6-point flange nuts and washers are also included.

This stud kit offers a clean appearance and provides a reliable clamp between your turbocharger and manifold, preventing common issues like sealing problems, hardware failure, and corrosion. It’s ideal for manifold-to-turbocharger connections as well as various other applications. Titanium is about 45% lighter than steel, yet stronger, and it resists corrosion far better than cheaper steel bolts or studs.
